David Aylor was one of those people. A bright light. One that was doused much too early for one reason and one reason only: greed.
From a very young age, David wanted to help people. He did that in his career by becoming an attorney. After putting himself through law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law. After clerking for judges and serving as an assistant solicitor, he founded his own law firm, David Aylor Law Offices. Known as a well-respected trial attorney, David quickly grew his accomplishments to rival attorneys with twice his experience. His firm expanded to six locations, and they served more than 10,000 clients. David also established Riders Law Group to provide representation for injured motorcyclists. Outside of running his law practice, David taught Criminal Justice, he offered free legal advice via local TV and radio stations, and was appointed acting Prosecutor for the City of Hanahan.
But that was just his professional life. In his personal life, he had a passion for helping others and giving back to the community. He supported with donations and volunteered his time with individuals as well as organizations such as Going Places, Communities In Schools of South Carolina, Be a Mentor, Charleston Animal Society, Charleston Hispanic Association, and so many more.
David was a good friend, a great attorney, and a good man. At the age of 41, David reached out to the wrong men for much-needed painkillers and died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl.
At WrongfulDeathLawyer.com we believe that at the core of every wrongful death case is greed. Whether it’s the hospitals or the insurance companies or a corporation or an individual, they’re all driven by greed. They don’t spend the money they should on training or hiring the right staff. They don’t want to pay for a procedure or treatment that could save a life. All because they want to add a bigger number to the bottom line – put more money in their own pockets.
It’s a simple truth: greed kills. So, let’s kill greed.
David Aylor is no longer available to help those who have lost a loved one to the greed of others. But in his name, we can connect you with those who can. We can provide you with information and resources, just like David would. And maybe, if we hit hard enough, we’ll make the greedy individuals in the world realize that it’s in their own financial self interest to do the right thing.
