Meet Elizabeth Anderson
Intake Trainer
Elizabeth has always enjoyed working with people. After she graduated from Anderson University in 2016, she spent a few years working in the non-profit sector before moving into the legal field, where she enjoys connecting directly with clients and/or coaching the people who work directly with clients. As a trainer, she coaches our client intake department for improved quality and efficiency, monitors for work accuracy and effective communication, and implementing Lead Docket accounts.
Elizabeth considers it a privilege to connect with people from all walks of life, hearing and understanding their stories, and connecting them with the resources they need. Being able to help and comfort people who are finding their direction in some of the worst moments in their lives gives her great joy and satisfaction in her work.
