Kaledria has worked with customers for some of the top Fortune 500 companies for more than 15 years. In 2019, she got into the legal field, helping law firms establish and optimize their intake skills and agents. As a manager, she provides one-on-one trainings, works directly with attorneys to develop case vetting guidelines, establishes internal rapport and support, and provides quality assurance audits, handbooks, and helpful resources
